The Service
The Service provides online practice questions and feedback aligned to CSEC® subject syllabuses, for study purposes. Content is provided for personal, educational use.
Not affiliated with CXC
BetterEd. is independently produced and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). CSEC® is a registered trademark of CXC. References to the syllabus are for alignment and study only.
Accounts and access (where applicable)
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Free and Premium tiers may offer different features; paid features are governed by any additional purchase terms shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-download the questions, explanations or other content; attempt to bypass access controls or advertising; disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it unlawfully. The content and its arrangement are protected by copyright.
Intellectual property
All original content on the Service — including the wording of questions, passages, explanations, branding and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. The underlying exam format/syllabus is CXC's and is used only as a study framework.
Advertising
The free plan is supported by advertising served by third parties (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party ads or the sites they link to.
No guarantee of results
The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, and content may contain errors. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and disputes are subject to its courts.
